Please note the group or one of the BU accounts instead (whichever is appropriate). I tend to lose things! This means whatever your inquiry is, it will be dealt with faster if noted to the group/account anyway and my personal inbox doesn't get flooded so I can also get some relax time 
You can ofc note me about concerns for boucles that you want to bring up to a founder, or personal deals I am usually easier to reach through discord though
